Kabar itu pun dibenarkan oleh Panitera Pengadilan Agama Tigaraksa, Tangerang, Baehaki saat dihubungi detikhot lewat telepon, Selasa (7/2/2012). Baehaki mengungkapkan Vita yang menggugat cerai Donny.

"Berkasnya sudah lama masuknya, istrinya yang gugat," ujarnya.

Baehaki juga mengungkapkan sidang perceraian Donny dan Vita sudah berlangsung beberapa kali. Namun, ia tak ingat berapa kali tepatnya.

"Sudah beberapa kali sidang kok," ucapnya.

Donny Damara Prasa Dhana dan Vita menikah di Bandung pada 17 Desember 1995 silam. Dari pernikahannya, Donny dikaruniai satu anak, Sharottama Oshmar Damara.
