Nama Joey Alexander muncul sebagai nominasi dalam kategori Best Improvised Jazz Solo. Dalam kategori ini, Joey akan bersaing dengan Ravi Coltrane dengan 'In Movement', Fred Hersch dengan 'We See', Brad Mehldau dengan 'I Concentrate On You', dan John Scofield dengan 'I'm So Lonesome I Could Cry'. Lagu dan album yang dirilis di bawah label Motema Music ini merupakan album kedua dari Joey Alexander. Dalam 'Countdown' ini, pianis kelahiran Bali berusia 13 tahun ini membawakan 11 lagu. Sebelumnya, Joey pun telah menelurkan album berjudul 'My Favorite Things'. Joey pun sempat berjaya pada ajang Grammy Awards tahun lalu dan membawa harum nama Indonesia.
