Netizens and news reports brought up two more past encounters between Goo Hye Sun and Ahn Jae Hyun that they claim are evidence that their marriage had fallen apart years ago.

Rumor Has It noted that Ahn Jae Hyun used to frequently talk about his wife on New Journey To The West. He had been a part of the show since 2016, right around when he got married. He had earned the title of a "devoted husband" who was crazy in love during the show.

However, Goo Hye Sun wasn't mentioned even once during their most recent series with Kang's Kitchen. The cast noted that the show started filming in May 2018.

Goo Hye Sun had released a YouTube video about her pets around the same time in May 2018.

Netizens noticed that when Ahn Jae Hyun walked into the house, one of their dogs began trembling as he continued to bark at him.

When Ahn Jae Hyun asked why the dog was barking, Goo Hye Sun claimed to the dog, "He's your dad. Think hard. [He's barking because] he's seeing you for the first time. He's barking at you like he never saw you before."

Considering how Goo Hye Sun noted in her previous social media post about how Ahn Jae Hyun rarely came home and eventually moved out to his own apartment, netizens claim that the relationship had ended by this time already.

She also announced that she donated all of the proceeds (20 million won, ~$17,000 USD) to an institution for pets.
