Nasi Tim Sate Belut
Nasi Tim bukan nasi liwet, nasi tim cocok untuk yang suka naik-naik gunung karena bisa tahan 4-5 hari kayak lontong.

Belut cuci, bersih hilangkan lendir dengan air garam, potong-potong, seukuran sate. tusuk-tusuk, rendam dalam kecap plus air jeruk nipis.
Bakar setengah matang, sediakan sambal/saos tomat pedas, silahkan dimakan hangat-hangat..
NB : belut tinggal mancing doang
